Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Pass a Criminal Background Check
Valid driver’s license preferred
Dependable transportation preferred
1 yr caregiving experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Regency Home Care (RHC) is a locally owned and operated company providing high-quality in-home non-medical services across the Portland metro and surrounding areas. Our mission is to help people live their best independent lives through compassionate care and dedicated professionals.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in the Portland metro area who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who has both clinical and home care industry experience and is passionate about improving the quality of care for seniors and clients receiving in-home services.
Responsibilities
Develop clinical leadership protocols and nursing care standards
Implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Oversee client assessments, care plans, and progress evaluations
Coordinate with staff to ensure holistic client care
Monitor performance indicators to improve nursing service outcomes
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Home health or in-home care experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel as required
Passion for working with the senior population
